Description
Plan and execute project-level change strategies focused on readiness and long-term sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing, communication, and training strategies and deliverables.
- Execute change management, communication, and training plans to drive stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption.
- Create weekly executive summaries and tailored reports to inform senior leadership decision-making.
- Develop content for non-technical users and provide documentation to improve understanding of technical changes.
- Collaborate with project managers, application development, and QA teams to complete IT Operations tasks.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with OCM methodologies such as PROSCI.
- PROSCI certification.
- 5+ years developing Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis, and Communications Assessments.
- 5+ years of experience creating change management plans, communications plans, and training plans.
- 5+ years providing coaching and guidance to project teams on cross-functional coordination.
- 5+ years of experience working with and reaching all levels of employees.
- 3+ years of experience on large Information Technology efforts with agency-wide impact.
- 3+ years of experience developing content for non-technical users.
- 3+ years of experience supporting relationship maintenance within IT departments.
Preferred Skills
- 4+ years toward a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or Organizational Change Management.
- 3+ years of marketing or corporate communications experience.
