Description

Design and execute organizational change management strategies to drive sustained adoption within the Technical Operations Organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define OCM strategies and concepts to land change within impacted organizations.
• Lead change readiness assessments and people impact analyses.
• Develop and distribute change communications tailored to the Technical Operations Organization.
• Build cross-functional relationships with business leads and change champions to mitigate resistance.
• Facilitate Change Management Community of Practice sessions and provide training to business partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Coaching.
• Proven expertise in Visual Communications.
• Experience managing change readiness and impact assessments.
• Ability to coordinate between multiple business units and leads.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to travel internationally to engage with European Global partners.
• Experience defining and tracking OCM success metrics and KPIs.

Preferred Skills

• Background in coaching or organizational development.
