Description

Lead organizational change management for large-scale SAP implementations and system deployments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute change management strategies to drive sustained adoption and mitigate resistance.
• Collaborate with SAP workstreams to ensure impacted audiences are informed, engaged, and prepared.
• Conduct change readiness and people impact assessments to guide project planning.
• Develop and distribute communications to the Technical Operations Organization.
• Coordinate change management events and facilitate Community of Practice sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management roles.
• Direct experience with large-scale SAP implementations.
• Experience managing organizational change within life sciences, healthcare, or biopharma industries.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven ability in systems deployment, implementation, and lifecycle management.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Ability to deliver leadership presentations and perform public speaking.
• Experience in project management or organizational effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

• Change Management Certification such as PROSCI or CCMP.
