Description

Drive change management and communication strategies for the Data Harmonisation Layer Agile team, supporting adoption across global production facilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support new ways of working.
• Identify and engage stakeholders to build support for change initiatives and ensure business alignment.
• Create communication plans and deliver targeted messaging using SharePoint, MS Teams, and intranet community groups.
• Design and deliver training programs based on business needs to support change adoption.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and define KPIs to measure success to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
• Master's degree in communication, organizational psychology, change management, or a related field.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable change management plans.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing change impact and developing mitigation strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using SharePoint and MS Teams for organizational communication.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
