Lead organizational change management for cybersecurity initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop OCM strategies and comprehensive communication plans, including emails, articles, and training materials.
• Promote change leadership by helping users navigate transitions and removing organizational barriers.
• Analyze information from multiple sources to distinguish true user needs from surface-level requests.
• Influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to drive collaborative change efforts.
• Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for presentations to top-level executives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of direct Organizational Change Management experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Proficiency in OCM frameworks and methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in strategic communications and change leadership.
• Strong consulting skills to assimilate business knowledge and unique customer needs.
• Analytical ability to reconcile conflicting information and define requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex change processes.
• Availability to work ET/CT hours.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci or other industry-leading OCM certification.
