Description

You will own the execution of business change management activities for large system implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute stakeholder analysis, engagement, communications, and training plans.
• Organize meetings, demonstrations, and presentations to inform stakeholders.
• Develop and manage communication materials including emails, infographics, and presentation decks.
• Document impacts and drive necessary change efforts through stakeholder analysis.
• Create training plans and materials such as guides, job aids, and videos.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of OCM delivery experience.
• Experience leading OCM for technology implementations (Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow).
• Expertise in leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user readiness.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive communications plans and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to draft training content and materials.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong cross-organizational relationships.
