Description

You will lead change management activities and integrate user adoption initiatives for a large-scale department transition and transformation project.

Responsibilities

• Assess potential change impacts and develop comprehensive change management plans.
• Identify and analyze key stakeholders to tailor communications across the agency.
• Manage training, risk, and feedback collection to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with project teams and the PMO to coordinate new processes, systems, and structures.
• Drive results by managing ambiguity and navigating business challenges through accountability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT operations with solid change management knowledge.
• 5+ years of proven experience in change management, specifically within large-scale transformation projects.
• 4+ years of deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in ITIL principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in change management, such as Prosci or CMAP.
• Experience applying ITIL-based change management frameworks.
