Description

You will manage the people side of large-scale organizational, process, and technology transformations for state and local government agencies, specifically health and human services.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change management programs, including stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and readiness activities.
• Develop human-centered activities such as persona and journey development to drive stakeholder experience.
• Create learning solutions using established methodologies and frameworks to support organizational change.
• Partner with business leaders and project teams to communicate complex issues and recommendations to C-level audiences.
• Execute change management strategies and work plans to meet specific business objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum one year of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project for data analysis and work plan development.
• Experience with state and local government agencies, specifically health and human services.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with senior management and staff.
• Experience articulating complex issues through concise documentation and presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience within a major consulting firm.
