You will lead organizational change initiatives using structured methodologies and stakeholder engagement strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational improvements using Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter, and Agile methodologies.
• Develop communication strategies, Change Impact Assessments, and User Adoption Plans.
• Manage change across projects utilizing both Lean Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Execute ADKAR survey assessments and conduct stakeholder empathy interviews.
• Facilitate webinars, user workshops, Lean Coffee sessions, and podcasts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management and enterprise transformation.
• Expertise in Prosci ADKAR and Kotter methodologies.
• Experience with SAFe PI Planning and Agile frameworks.
• Ability to interact with and articulate messages to C-suite stakeholders.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Advanced use of MS Teams (breakout rooms, polling, surveys), SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with collaboration tools including FigJam, Mural, and MS Teams Whiteboard.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci or Kotter certification.
• SAFe Certification (Coach or RTE).
