Description

You will design and implement future-state Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) strategies by analyzing existing application architectures and team structures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Database Engineers to map end-to-end software development processes.
• Analyze current workflows and industry best practices to recommend automated and streamlined process improvements.
• Design future-state SDLC methodologies and present final proposals to project leadership.
• Partner with Project Management and OCM leads to champion adherence to industry best practices and drive cultural change.
• Develop metrics to gauge project success and create regular status reports and documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience transitioning SDLC methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience acting as a process coach.
• Proven experience defining modern SDLC at two or more different companies.
• Ability to document technical process activities and evaluate internal workflows.
• Strong capability in leading, coaching, and educating technical and functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with both business and IT leaders to align application needs with business functions.
• Strong analytical skills for data evaluation and business acumen.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Coach certification.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience running agile projects of varying complexity or coaching at large public organizations.
