Description

You will manage organizational change management initiatives for SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior analysts to assess change needs and develop implementation strategies.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of communication plans to disseminate change-related information.
  • Use data analysis to track and measure the success of change management initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide OCM expertise.

Required Skills

  • Experience with SAP Implementation.
  • Proven ability to conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience or internship in organizational change management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
