You will manage organizational change management initiatives for SAP implementations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior analysts to assess change needs and develop implementation strategies.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of communication plans to disseminate change-related information.
- Use data analysis to track and measure the success of change management initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide OCM expertise.
Required Skills
- Experience with SAP Implementation.
