Description

Must Haves (no exceptions)

• 7+ years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• 4+ years serving as a Senior Project Manager leading large, complex IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Current Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification.
• Experience applying Prosci Organizational Change Management methodology.
• Healthcare Organizational Change Management experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) implementations or other healthcare IT modernization initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven consulting experience, including partnering with system integrators, executive sponsors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Experience developing and executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, organizational readiness assessments, training strategies, and change adoption metrics.

Highly preferred:

• Background or education in Organizational Psychology.
• Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site healthcare organizations.
• State government expereince
