You will lead the technical migration and management of cloud-native environments, transitioning applications from PCF/TAS to OpenShift.

Responsibilities

• Execute application migrations from PCF/TAS to OCP, ensuring seamless transitions and high availability.
• Manage configuration, deployment, and scaling of OCP and Kubernetes environments.
• Solve complex technical challenges related to platform differences and cloud infrastructure.
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipeline processes for reliable, automated deployments.
• Mentor engineering teams on containerization best practices and deployment strategies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in OCP configuration and Kubernetes.
• Deep experience with PCF/TAS and OCP in enterprise environments running Java and .NET.
• Proven track record leading migrations from PCF/TAS to OCP within the Financial Services Industry.
• Practical knowledge of migration tools including Konveyor, Move2Kube, and OpenRewrite.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Spinnaker, Jenkins, Harness, GitHub Actions, and Kaniko.
• Experience managing Helm charts and Calico / Kubernetes Network Policies.
• Strong background in containerization and cloud-native development.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
