Description

You will design, develop, and maintain business rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) within a Java-based enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage rules using IBM Decision Center, Rule Designer, and Rule Execution Server (RES).
• Implement business logic using Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Business Rule Flows.
• Integrate rule services with REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity with Spring Boot or Java EE applications.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab and Jenkins for automated testing and deployment.
• Optimize rule performance and manage relational databases including Oracle and SQL.

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
• Strong Java / J2EE development skills.
• Experience with IBM Decision Center, Rule Designer, and Rule Execution Server (RES).
• Proficiency in building Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Business Rule Flows.
• Experience integrating rules via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot or Java EE.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL).
• Proficiency with Git/GitLab and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience deploying ODM solutions on GCP.
