Description

You will design, develop, and implement tailored Odoo ERP modules to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR.
• Write clean, well-structured code using Python, XML, and Odoo development best practices.
• Design custom reports, dashboards, and integrate Odoo with external systems.
• Perform debugging, testing, performance tuning, and database operations including data migration and upgrades.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong command of Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, and modular structure.
• Experience with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Odoo.sh, Docker, or similar deployment tools.
• Understanding of Odoo upgrades, multi-company environments, and deployment best practices.
