You will manage project progress and milestone delivery for assigned vehicle programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project progress for assigned vehicles.
• Ensure milestone completion through collaboration with relevant departments.
• Identify and implement countermeasures for project deviations.
• Drive cost, timing, and quality objectives according to product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate decision-making processes.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive product or project management.
• Experience working with OEMs, suppliers, or automotive sectors (R&D, production, logistics, quality, purchasing, finance, or sales).
• Proven experience in team leadership within a global company.
• Knowledge of the Volkswagen Product Development Process (PEP).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking for problem-solving and strategy.
• Cross-functional leadership skills to steer teams and drive results.
• Professional communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of automotive trends, manufacturing, and retail operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with VW AG and its affiliates.
• Multilingual skills in German or Spanish.
• Advanced degree.
