Description

You will administer and support Microsoft 365 services, ensuring security compliance and optimal service delivery across collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for collaboration tools and resolve complex user issues.
• Manage Slack configuration, troubleshooting, and user provisioning.
• Execute PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and lifecycle management.
• Implement security policies, conditional access, and governance across platforms.
• Manage mailbox archiving, retention, transport rules, and Spanning backups.
• Maintain technical documentation and user guides for system configurations.
• Handle incident escalations and provide on-call support in rotational shifts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Forms, Planner, and Stream.
• Experience managing hybrid Exchange environments and compliance configurations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access, and security policies.
• Experience with Spanning for license management and backups.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or Freshworks ticketing platforms.
• Ability to manage mailbox retention and archiving policies.
• Any Graduate degree.
