Description

You will manage and support Office 365 environments and related technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical troubleshooting across Windows OS and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Manage incident and change management processes using ServiceNow and Confluence.
  • Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Handle vendor management and monitor systems using Solarwinds and BOTs.
  • Maintain documentation within ServiceNow and Confluence.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Confluence for documentation and ticketing.
  • Understanding of networking, including firewalls, IP segmenting, and whitelisting.
  • Knowledge of IIS and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Background in banking or consumer lending business lines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Apache Tomcat.
