Description

You will manage and engineer the Office 365 and messaging infrastructure for the Chicago office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design O365 architecture and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
• Administer the Office 365 Suite, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Manage Microsoft Teams environments, including telephony configurations.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and GraphAPI.
• Maintain Active Directory and Azure AD/Conditional Access protocols.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in O365, messaging, and infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Office 365 Suite.
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams and telephony.
• Strong proficiency with Active Directory and Azure AD/Conditional Access.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and GraphAPI automation skills.
• Experience with authentication systems including SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, Kerberos, and LDAP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• O365/M365 Certifications.
• Experience with Okta.
