Description

You will design, support, and troubleshoot Office 365 solutions as a tier 3 technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for escalated corporate customer issues.
• Design Office 365 solutions in collaboration with architects and engineers.
• Evaluate hardware and software, including Webex Room Kits, Microsoft Teams, and Crestron conferencing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot networking technologies including WiFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and escalation managers to resolve complex technical blockers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, or OneDrive.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and JAMF.
• Proficiency with networking protocols: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN troubleshooting.
• Expertise in the Office 365 Suite, subscription plans, and legacy applications including Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams and Skype/Teams environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as DevOps or SCRUM.
