You will manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration environment as a senior member of the IT Operations team.
Responsibilities
Manage configuration, deployment, and administration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Yammer, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
Lead Level 2 and Level 3 incident and problem management, driving service interruption calls to resolution.
Execute migration projects and service upgrades while evaluating new features to enhance productivity.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and increase operational efficiency.
Implement security best practices, data protection, and compliance policies across the M365 environment.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a senior-level engineer or administrator managing complex M365 environments.
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Yammer, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
Proven experience leading migration and upgrade projects.
Strong knowledge of M365 security practices, compliance requirements, and data protection.
Ability to provide advanced-level troubleshooting for complex service requests and escalated incidents.
Experience managing third-party software agreements and vendor interfacing.
