Description

You will design and implement an automated email signature solution for Microsoft 365. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a centralized email signature management solution using Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Online, and PowerShell.
• Integrate with Azure AD to retrieve user attributes such as title, department, and phone.
• Develop logic for applying dynamic rules based on department, region, or role.
• Ensure signature compatibility across Outlook desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to align templates with branding and legal requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365/O365 Developer.
• Deep expertise in Exchange Online and Microsoft Graph API.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Azure AD.
• Strong experience with Outlook Add-ins and Office JavaScript APIs.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for signature template design.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with third-party signature tools like Exclaimer or CodeTwo.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-600 or AZ-204.
