Description

You will manage and support a hybrid Exchange environment, ensuring stability and maintenance of both vendor-managed and on-premises infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Exchange environments through monitoring, incident handling, and change processing.
• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and coordinate stakeholder communications during downtime.
• Execute regular maintenance tasks including patching, backups, and firewall checks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and how-to guides.
• Drive the implementation of new engineering initiatives into production.

Required Skills

• 3 to 10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in an L2/L3 role supporting Exchange.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, and Exchange Online.
• Expertise in Exchange troubleshooting and resolution.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and script troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and IP networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure technology and security component interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing vendor-supported Exchange environments as a primary point of contact.
