Description

You will manage inventory, assembly, and administrative support for library development services and various programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, inventory, and storage of incoming shipments, including books and program supplies.
• Perform pre-assembly tasks such as sticker application and kit preparation for outgoing orders.
• Execute clerical tasks including preparing purchase orders, receiving forms, and handling administrative paperwork.
• Handle low-volume phone inquiries and assist walk-in customers with inquiries.
• Use mail merge functions to print and assemble labels, letters, and mailing information.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with mail merge functions for large-scale mailing projects.
• Ability to track and manage multiple tasks across various projects simultaneously.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and push wheeled carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical movements and navigate between shelving or pallets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with managers, program leads, and fiscal personnel.
• Proven ability to follow, clarify, and execute complex instructions.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
