Description

Analyze and fulfill computing hardware, software, and system access requests for LAN, Active Directory, Host, UNIX, and SAP environments. Own the end-to-end request lifecycle from intake to closure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requests for computing hardware, software, and system access.
• Track all items through the full lifecycle to ensure timely closure.
• Verify the accuracy of work performed by others.
• Follow documented processes to maintain high accuracy during repetitive tasks.
• Learn and execute complex processes that may lack full documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT role.
• Technical familiarity with LAN, Active Directory, Host, UNIX, and SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Minimum 30-40 WPM typing speed.
• Experience with request processes or ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of SOX, HIPAA, and/or PCI access management requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow strict standards and complex procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical position.
