Description

You will implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud for utility operations.

Responsibilities

• Tailor OFS modules and functionalities to meet specific utility operation requirements.
• Manage capacity and quota configurations within the OFS environment.
• Build integrations and plugins to support C2M, Maximax, and NMSS.
• Support Oracle and in-house sustainment teams during business transformation.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to resolve technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS).
• Hands-on experience with OFS Cloud implementation and configuration.
• Proficiency in Capacity and Quota management.
• Strong knowledge of OCI-OFS APIs and plugin development.
• Experience with routine OFS configurations and sustenance.
• Ability to perform integration and customization tasks.
• Experience working with utility sector operations.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Deep familiarity with utility industry operational workflows.
