Description

Lead the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of OFSAA FCCM solutions, supporting the broader product suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and upgrade OFSAA FCCM solutions, including Customer Screening, Enterprise Case Management, and KYC components.
• Configure Customer Screening changes, watchlist loading, and filtering processes using Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ).
• Perform Customer Screening model validation and system recalibration.
• Identify and configure new alert types and workflows using pmf.
• Manage ongoing maintenance and support using Oracle EDQ tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with OFSAA FCCM (formerly Mantas).
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Deep knowledge of OFSAA FCCM data models, specifically CSA and FCDM.
• 5+ years of experience creating new processes and jobs in EDQ for Watchlist filtering and Customer Screening.
• Strong proficiency in Unix and Oracle Batch job processing.
• Subject matter expertise in AML, KYC, Customer Screening, and Enterprise Case Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
