Description

You will lead the OFSAA development team to plan, execute, and deliver technical solutions within scope and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OFSAA development team and assign tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct code reviews and guide team members to maintain high code quality and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the project execution lifecycle.
• Communicate project plans and progress to product owners and engineering managers.
• Manage requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and documentation for OFSAA projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on coding experience with OFSAAI 8.0.6.x or similar.
• Deep knowledge of OFSAA modules including Financial Solution, Data Foundation, Capital Adequacy Pack, Data Integration Hub, Data Governance Pack, and GL Recon.
• Expertise in OFSAA architecture, metadata management framework (Hierarchies, datasets), and FSDF architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database 12c/19c.
• Experience with OFSAA data management tools including T2T, file extracts, data quality framework, run-rule, and process modeling.
• Proven ability in performance tuning, scalability, and parallel query optimization for large databases.
• Experience with Erwin data modeling, ETL, ODI, and Unix shell scripting.
• Background in credit risk reporting, economic capital, and Basel III regulatory reforms.
• Understanding of Data Warehouse principles, data migration, and Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) components.
