Description

Lead the OFSAA development team in planning, executing, and delivering technical solutions within defined scopes and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure high code quality through technical guidance and regular code reviews.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during project execution.
• Communicate project plans and technical updates to product owners and engineering managers.
• Manage requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and documentation for OFSAA projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on coding with OFSAAI 8.0.6.x or similar.
• Deep knowledge of the OFSAA stack from data ingestion to regulatory reporting.
• Experience with OFSAA modules: Financial Solution, Data Foundation, Capital Adequacy Pack, Data Integration Hub, Data Governance Pack, and GL Recon.
• Expertise in OFSAA architecture, metadata management frameworks, and FSDF architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle 19c, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Erwin data modeling and managing OFSAA data models.
• Proven experience in ETL, ODI, and Unix shell scripting.
• Practical knowledge of Basel III, large exposure, and regulatory reporting for US and Canadian OSFI.
• Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and parallel execution for large databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) components and data migration activities.
• Background in credit risk reporting, economic capital, and stress testing within commercial banking.
