Description

You will design, build, and manage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations focused on HCM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify OIC integrations from scratch to handle HCM data.
• Utilize HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader (HDL) for seamless data movement.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate integration requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in OIC integrations and HCM functionalities.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM modules, specifically Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Advanced knowledge of Fast Formulas within HCM modules.
• Proficiency with HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex integration flows.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
