Description

You will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Oracle integration environments, acting as the primary liaison between developers and business partners to ensure system compatibility and customer satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and perform root cause analysis for Oracle integration systems.
• Support the migration of integrations from Oracle 11.1.0.7/11.2.0.4 and RAC 12c to 19c.
• Research system requirements against business processes to design, test, and implement solutions.
• Execute testing and deployment of new code within the integration pipeline.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in technical support and resolution within an ERP environment.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Order to Cash (O2C) modules.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Transact SQL.
• Experience with Oracle databases and MS SQL Server.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, Workflow, and OA Framework (OAF).
• Advanced skills in Unix shell scripting and Web ADI.
• Experience designing and testing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Familiarity with AIM methodology and documentation including BRD, MD-50, MD-70, and MD-120.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience with Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
