Description

You will design, implement, and support large-scale Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions. You own the identity lifecycle, from onboarding to deprovisioning, and serve as the technical subject matter expert for IAM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure advanced workflows, connectors, and automations within the IGA platform to streamline access requests and policy enforcement.
• Integrate OIM with enterprise applications including SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday, ensuring seamless interoperability with directories, cloud platforms, and SaaS systems.
• Oversee end-to-end identity lifecycle management, including certification campaigns, access provisioning, and root cause analysis for escalated incidents.
• Establish and enforce IAM governance policies and security controls in collaboration with risk and compliance teams.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for IAM architectures, standard operating procedures, and security controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven expertise in the end-to-end deployment of Oracle Identity Manager, including solution design, configuration, customization, and migration.
• Proficiency in Java, RESTful APIs, SQL/RDBMS, and Linux for OIM implementation and customization.
• Experience integrating OIM with major enterprise applications such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday.
• Strong understanding of directory services including Active Directory, LDAP, Ping, and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security features.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos) and network security principles.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical IAM strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
