Description

You will design, develop, and deliver enhancements for systems using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), owning the full Software Development Lifecycle from coding to release.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom software solutions emphasizing data and text mining capabilities.
• Implement advanced data mining algorithms, visualization tools, and data management solutions.
• Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components across all SDLC phases.
• Troubleshoot out-of-the-box code and configure WebLogic clusters and servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 11g).
• Strong proficiency in Java development and OIM APIs.
• Experience with OIM provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation functions.
• Strong SQL development skills for data management.
• Ability to work with custom and standard connectors (e.g., Active Directory).
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
• Experience configuring and managing WebLogic, including clusters and servers.
• Proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Background in designing data mining and text mining solutions.
