Description

You will develop and maintain policy administration systems using Oracle OIPA.

Responsibilities

• Configure OIPA components, including AS Files, integration, data intake, palette, security, and extensions.
• Assist with OIPA maintenance, including Java troubleshooting (approx. 10% development).
• Write and debug SQL queries within an Oracle DB environment.
• Support a multi-platform ecosystem involving WebLogic, WebSphere, Oracle DB, DB2, SQL Server, Linux, and Windows.
• Deliver results supporting the Life & Annuity portfolio on a project 40% complete.

Required Skills

• 4+ years hands-on Oracle OIPA development experience.
• Proficiency in OIPA configuration language, integration, AS Files, and data architecture/extraction.
• Experience developing OIPA extensions, screens (policy, roles, allocation, valuation).
• Knowledge of release management processes.
• Basic Java skills for debugging and maintenance.
• Strong SQL capabilities, specifically with Oracle.
• Familiarity with JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor.
• Experience using STS/Eclipse in UNIX and Windows environments.
