Description

You will manage, optimize, and secure OIPA application and database server environments to ensure peak performance and stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and configure OIPA application and database servers for optimal performance.
• Perform database tuning, including query and index recommendations, to manage I/O consumption.
• Execute application server tuning involving clustering, CPU, memory, and thread pool optimizations.
• Design production and lower-level infrastructure environments and produce system design specification documents.
• Support complex deployments, migrations, and the implementation of security requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in system administration.
• Expertise in WebLogic Administration, SOA/BPM, and Oracle DBA.
• 4+ years of Oracle DB Support and Administration.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle WebLogic, WebSphere, Redhat JBoss, Tomcat, and Coherence.
• 5+ years of Oracle Linux administration.
• Proficiency with Oracle System Administration tools including OEM, Admin Server, and Data Guard.
• Ability to create and schedule CRON jobs and develop system alerts using Python scripting.
• Experience with database backup tools such as Rubrik.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Exalogic, Exadata, or OIPA v10/v11.
• Knowledge of Oracle SOA, MuleSoft, AWS, or Oracle OCI.
• Experience with Docker images and Kubernetes for WebLogic and TomEE profiles.
