Description

You will architect and lead identity and access management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of applications and services from Okta to a new IDP.
• Manage application and service consolidation, including associated data migration.
• Oversee the decommissioning of replaced applications and services.
• Establish and execute validation principles for successful migrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related experience in the IAM domain.
• Deep proficiency in Okta's Identity Engine platform features and functionality.
• Expertise in IDP protocols: SSO, SAML, OIDC, JIT, and SCIM.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills for issue identification and resolution.
• Proven ability to create clear, concise documentation and reports.

Preferred Skills

• Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant certification.
