You will own the architecture and leadership for enterprise-wide Okta CIAM initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert architecture and engineering leadership for Okta CIAM implementations.
• Define and execute the multi-year CIAM strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with application development teams to assess Okta integration requirements and feasibility.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate solution approaches and architecture patterns.
• Configure Okta tenants, manage application setup, policies, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of IT experience focused on identity and access management solutions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Okta CIAM deployments in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience implementing modern authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing CIAM capabilities supporting business objectives.
• Solid understanding of IDaaS and federation technologies (Okta, ISAM, TFIM).
• Hands-on experience with Auth0 and Okta CIAM implementations.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience integrating CIAM platforms with Splunk and ServiceNow.
