Manage and support Okta Identity Access Management systems within a large IT environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and administer Okta IAM solutions.
• Lead project implementations by collaborating with large IT teams.
• Drive technical workshops, design sessions, and problem-solving meetings.
• Present technical ideas using business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines under pressure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Okta Identity Access Management.
• Experience administering and supporting Okta IAM environments.
• Proven track record of executing project implementations within large IT teams.
• Ability to facilitate design and problem-solving workshops.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with users and customers.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, MBA, or a related field.
