You will manage and support the Okta IAM ecosystem, implementing integrations and administering configurations to ensure reliability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Okta integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM protocols.
• Administer and configure Okta solutions, providing ongoing support to application owners and end users.
• Monitor system health, resolve performance issues, and optimize Okta reliability.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and document operational procedures.
• Evaluate new IAM technologies to improve the security posture.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience with Okta Integrations (SSO, MFA, PAM).
• 2+ years of experience developing Okta Workflows.
• 2+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• 2 years of specific experience with Okta IGA.
• Deep understanding of identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM, OpenID Connect).
• Hands-on experience with Okta API integrations and System Administration.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices (AWS, Azure).
• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
