Description

Design, implement, and operate identity solutions to secure employee and customer system access.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain tools for SSO, provisioning, and system access security.
• Collaborate with the IAM team, CISO, Engineering, and Infrastructure to implement security solutions.
• Coordinate with SailPoint engineers on cybersecurity and business initiatives.
• Monitor Okta product updates to ensure the platform remains optimized and current.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT or security.
• 2+ years of direct experience with Okta, including relevant certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and on-prem Active Directory.
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, and MFA.
• Proven ability to take requirements through design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Experience meeting information security and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Evaluate machine learning, AI, and data analytic services to improve environment security.
