Description

You will manage and optimize Okta environments to protect information assets through identity and access management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Okta Identity Engine (OIE), application SSO integrations, workflows, and B2E, B2B, and B2C tenants.
• Develop and deliver new processes to address identified gaps in existing workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation including runbooks, architecture requirements, and process documentation.
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and escalate risks or obstacles to leadership.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and information security teams to support organizational security initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Okta engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Okta OIE, SSO integrations, and workflow management.
• Experience managing B2E, B2B, and B2C tenant environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex identity issues.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Security+, Network+, CISSP, SSCP, or CCSP.

Preferred Skills

• Okta Professional, Consultant, or Administrator certifications.
• Experience with Sailpoint.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
