Description

You will build and maintain identity and access management services, focusing on HRaaM onboarding models and lifecycle management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Okta Identity Management solutions using HRaaM onboarding models and LCM/Workflows modules.
• Manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user provisioning across platforms.
• Administer Active Directory integrations, including user/group management and policy configuration.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Okta to automate identity workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and maintain technical documentation for Okta configurations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Okta and identity management technologies.
• Deep expertise in Okta Workflows modules and Lifecycle Management (LCM).
• Hands-on experience with SSO and MFA implementation.
• Proven experience with user provisioning and access control.
• Strong proficiency with Active Directory management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Okta.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Okta Certified Professional or higher.
