Description

You will configure, test, and promote Okta tenant integrations, workflows, and policies under the direction of a Principal Architect.

Responsibilities

• Configure Okta Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) tenants across multiple environments to meet security and performance specifications.
• Integrate HR, employee, contractor, and non-employee identity data into IAM systems.
• Perform hands-on integration of AD domains, Azure AD, and other key identity stores.
• Develop lifecycle workflows, authorization services, and Okta integration requirements.
• Support application teams by connecting applications to IAM connectors, workflows, and protocol integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, RBAC, provisioning, federation, and SSO.
• Expertise with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) and Okta Identity Engine (OIE).
• Hands-on experience with SCIM, SAML/JIT, OAuth2, FIDO2 WebAuthn, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience integrating on-premises AD with Azure AD.
• Proven ability to implement IAM solutions for complex authorization flows.
• Strong technical writing skills for maintaining accurate documentation.
• Experience working on large-scale, global projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network Security, or equivalent experience.
• Required Okta Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Okta Customer Identity Cloud (CIC) / Auth0.
• Experience with SailPoint IDNOW.
