Description

Lead the design and implementation of identity management solutions, focusing on Okta integration and API development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and deployment of IAM systems using Okta, ensuring secure OAuth and OIDC implementations.
• Develop and containerize high-quality RESTful API services in Python, managing the full SDLC within Agile environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes on GCP or similar cloud platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, driving best practices in code quality, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in application design, development, and support.
• Deep expertise in Okta Identity Management, including onboarding applications and understanding IAM concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building and containerizing RESTful API services.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes for infrastructure as code and containerization.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools including GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, and ANT.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, and RESTful web service methods.
• Experience with JavaScript front-end applications (React or Angular) and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GCP cloud technologies and Thread pool design concepts.
• Proficiency in services testing tools like Postman.
