Description

Manage and troubleshoot identity and access management systems using Okta and CyberArk.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AD/LDAP agent health, report issues, and resolve common breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot authentication-related issues and authentication policies.
• Configure MFA using native Okta soft tokens.
• Create and map user attributes within Okta.
• Manage SSO configuration and integration tasks.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience with CyberArk Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with Okta.
• Experience managing AD/LDAP agents.
• Proficiency in MFA and SSO configuration.
• Ability to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Okta out-of-the-box connectors/agents for Universal Directory integration.
• Understanding of Saviynt IGA application connectors.
• Experience implementing and managing highly available application environments.
