Description

You will lead Identity and Access Management transitions, focusing on migrating from Okta to a new Identity Provider (IDP), consolidating applications, managing data migrations, and overseeing legacy system decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of applications and services from Okta to a new IDP.
• Manage the consolidation of applications and services, including application data migration.
• Oversee the decommissioning of applications replaced by client-specific solutions.
• Establish and execute validation principles to ensure successful migrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience in the IAM domain.
• Deep proficiency in Okta's Identity Engine platform (features, functionality, integration).
• Expertise in IDP protocols: SSO, SAML, OIDC, JIT, SCIM.
• Comprehensive understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant.
