Description

Lead the technical transition of applications and services from Okta to a new Identity Provider.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of applications and services from Okta to a new IDP.
• Manage application consolidation and associated data migrations.
• Oversee decommissioning of services replaced by client-specific solutions.
• Establish and execute validation principles to ensure migration success.
• Document technical processes and communicate specifications to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Deep proficiency in Okta Identity Engine features and integration.
• Expertise in IDP protocols: SSO, SAML, OIDC, JIT, SCIM.
• Comprehensive understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant certification.
• Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and solution validation.
