Description

You will lead enterprise Okta implementations and manage identity lifecycle processes across the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Okta implementation and design target deployment architectures.
• Integrate applications with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex identity and access management issues.
• Manage identity governance workflows, including entitlement packages and access reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall IT experience, with 8-10+ years specifically in IAM.
• 5+ years of L3 level support for Identity and Access Management.
• Okta Certified Developer or Consultant certification.
• Hands-on experience with Okta SSO, MFA, and Okta Access Gateways (OAG).
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication, authorization, and federation.
• Strong knowledge of OpenID Connect, SAML, and OAuth protocols.
• Experience with API integration with Okta for authentication.
• Proficiency in Java / J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, and Linux.
