Description

Lead the design and enhancement of Customer Identity, Authentication, and SSO solutions within an agile environment. Guide the team through complex implementations and build tooling, automation, and services using multiple programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and construct API endpoints to implement modern identity workflows.
• Deploy infrastructure as code and integrate on-prem or hybrid cloud environments with AWS.
• Mentor team members on unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve accessibility issues and participate in an on-call rotation as 3rd level support.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in an IAM focused role.
• Hands-on experience with identity technologies such as Okta, Auth0, or Ping Federate.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Java, and/or Go.
• Deep understanding of OIDC, OAuth, and SAML protocols.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and hosted identity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of API construction and infrastructure as code principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certifications such as AWS Solution Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Admin Associate, CCSP, or CompTIA Cloud+.
• Experience in the financial industry.
