Description

You will manage and support Okta and Microsoft Entra ID environments to ensure secure identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Okta and Microsoft Entra ID environments, including SSO and MFA implementations.
• Configure user provisioning and deprovisioning processes and integrate identity providers with enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.
• Enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles across the organization.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IAM operations and support.
• Hands-on experience managing and configuring Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Proficiency with SSO, MFA, and federated identity management.
• Experience using PowerShell or Python for scripting and automation.
• Understanding of network protocols, security standards, and authentication mechanisms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Okta Certified Professional certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
